Work Packages
The general objectives of the project are supported by the following Work Packages (WPs)
The WP1 ensures proper project life cycle management to guarantee quality, effectiveness and efficiency. Continuous control and monitoring are carried out through four closely related levels: the operational one referring to the executive sphere; the managerial one connected to the decision-making processes; project quality assurance, and the dissemination necessary to make certain the sharing of the project results.
The main goal of this WP is to create a HUB of universities, research institutes, and stakeholders directly involved in the digital transformation to develop a permanent observatory. It can work on the digitising the HE system at the European level. The Hub will share best practices to promote collaboration among different HEIs and include the following activities:

Call for Papers:
This WP aims to produce an online environment for online professors in HE ‘ framed in the project D-ChallengHE’. It contributes to the project’s main aims by targeting the priority of the digital transformation, development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity of HE professionals and institutions. The overall goal of the activity is to provide professors and the educational community with a skill set that will enable them to improve their digital availability for education. click here to download the full report
WP4 intends to develop engagement tools for students and young researchers engaging in HE, with the intention of
a) enhance the digital skills of students and young researchers or support staff;
b) develop innovative methodologies and tools to be integrated into Higher Education online learning environments.
This WP is related to an essential outcome of the project, aimed to define the part of a quality assurance framework for online and blended education, with a particular focus on e-learning quality assurance standards and changes, new requirements in teaching professionalisation.

The staff training activity aims to develop a broader view on digital transformation applied to the HE system at all levels. During the training the D-ChallengHe staff will have also the opportunity to share ideas for the co-design of the online learning environments for teachers and students.

Graduate Diploma Requirements:
– Open to students 18 years and over at course commencement
– If English is not your first language, you will need to demonstrate English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each band and 6.0 in speaking.
– All applicants are interviewed as part of the admissions process.
– Applicants not meeting the entry criteria may be considered on a case by case basis by the Academic Director. Consideration will be given to those with appropriate and evidenced previous academic history, prior work experience and life skills experience.
