In September, the Greek project partner, Hellenic Open University, organized an international meeting to train trainers from partner institutions in Italy, Lithuania, Greece, Romania, and Slovenia. These trainers will implement a Training for Innovative Teaching program in each country.
Training for Innovative Teaching is a key component of the D-ChallengHE project, focusing on improving online education through modern pedagogical approaches and digital technologies. Our project partner Academia has established an online platform for these training sessions, and together with partners, has prepared content for three online training modules:
1️⃣ Soft and communication skills for digital teaching.
2️⃣ Methodologies for online teaching.
3️⃣ The use of artificial intelligence in education.
In the first half of the coming year, all training modules will undergo a pilot test. In each partner country, three trainers will be responsible for implementing and supporting 36 participants. To ensure the success of this education initiative, Academia has prepared three user guides for trainers, coordinators, and participants.
With this project, we aim to contribute to the improvement of the quality of higher education and enhance the ways in which students acquire knowledge and skills.
